1. Orders & Order Confirmation
When you place an order through the 9thMood website, you will receive an order confirmation acknowledging that we have received your order.
An order confirmation does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of the order for fulfilment.
All orders are subject to:
- Product availability
- Successful payment verification
- Verification of the shipping details provided by the customer
- Availability of delivery services to the provided address
- Other necessary order verification and security checks
Once an order has been verified and accepted, it will proceed to processing.
2. Order Processing & Fulfilment
9thMood works with third-party manufacturing and fulfilment partners to prepare and fulfil orders placed through our website.
The standard order processing time is up to 2 working days from successful order confirmation.
Order processing time and delivery time are separate. The 2-working-day processing period does not include the time required for shipping and delivery.
After processing, the order will be handed over to the relevant logistics provider for delivery.
Depending on the product and fulfilment process, products may be manufactured or prepared after an order is placed and before being packaged and dispatched.
3. Product Availability
We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate product availability on our website. However, there may be circumstances where a product becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled after an order has been placed.
9thMood reserves the right to cancel an order, fully or partially, where fulfilment is not reasonably possible.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been successfully received, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method, subject to applicable payment processor and banking timelines.
4. Order Cancellation by 9thMood
9thMood may cancel an order, fully or partially, in circumstances including but not limited to:
- Product or required material being unavailable
- Manufacturing or fulfilment limitations
- Payment authorization or verification failure
- Incorrect or incomplete order information
- Delivery being unavailable to the provided address
- Technical, pricing or inventory errors on the website
- Orders identified as suspicious or potentially fraudulent
- Any other circumstance where the order cannot reasonably be fulfilled
Where payment has already been received for a cancelled order, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method, subject to applicable payment processor and banking timelines.
5. Customer Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation of an order before the order enters processing or manufacturing.
Once an order has entered processing, manufacturing, packaging or dispatch, cancellation may no longer be possible because the order may already have been committed for fulfilment.
Customers wishing to cancel an order should contact 9thMood as soon as possible and provide their order details.
Cancellation requests received after processing or dispatch may not be accepted.
6. Pricing & Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices, size charts and other information displayed on our website are accurate and up to date.
However, occasional errors may occur due to technical, typographical, inventory or other reasons.
9thMood reserves the right to correct such errors and, where necessary, cancel an affected order.
Where payment has already been received for an order cancelled due to such an error, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
